CCG recently invested in a 10 acre project to the South of this marina on West Caicos island in the British West Indies islands of Turks and Caicos. The project is currently in the beginning stages of development. The Molasses Reef development is a new Ritz Carlton Residences located beachfront on this beautiful former nature preserve.
CCG has invested in a real estate development project in downtown Bellevue, WA across from the newly constructed Bravern property that houses 500,000 square feet of Microsoft office space. The project is a mixed use building that will be going vertical in 2011.
CCG has been hired as part of the development team to redevelop two major condominium buildings and to build a new six story mixed use retail and residential property.
In February 2012, CCG added properties 3,4 and 5 to it's portfolio for a total of 2.5 Million square feet through a discounted note purchase where the original balance was $22,000,000 and was purchased for $4,100,000.
CCG, Inc. has completed the acquisition and construction of a property in Chicago, IL that will house a 100 employee call center in one of Chicago's most financially distressed suburbs. The call center will create 100 new jobs in the market and provide the area with a much needed boost to its economy.
